Fresh Mahi-Mahi

Responsibly harvested off the Florida coast, fresh Mahi-Mahi's filet is extra lean and moist, with a firm texture and slightly sweet flavor. Also known as dolphinfish or dorado, Mahi is well-loved by Florida chefs, and ships overnight from the dock to your table.  Based on serving size, a 1 lb order will serve 2-4 people.
